NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Upon booking via online booking system a credit card capture is required to create and and confirm appointment. All that is needed to be paid at this time is a non-refundable deposit of $40 with the remaining total balance to be paid in full on the day of your appointment via cash or eftpos payment. Eftpos payments incurs a $2 surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(MAKEUP CLIENTS ONLY)

Cancellations and Adjustments can be made outside the week of your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. If done during this time, client will not be charged cancellation fee and non - refundable deposit will then convert to a credit, to be used within the next 6 months. If client cancels booking within week and 24hr period their $40 non-refundable deposit will then become their cancellation fee.
The following cancellation policy applies for both Makeup and Lash Extension Clients.

Any cancellations made within the 24hr time period will incur a 50% of service fee charged to the nominated card on file. If you NO SHOW to your booking the selected service amount will be then charged in FULL to your card that day. Unfortunately, If you are more than 15mins late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and the selected service amount will be charged in FULL.
